Stronghold is an asset backed Private Lending platform, providing financing solutions to both individuals and companies.

Stronghold holds all the intellectual property rights and any other rights to this website (the "Website"). Users' (the "User" or "Users") access and use of the Website are subject to these terms of use ("Terms of Use").

Please read the Terms of Use carefully. Accessing the Website and using the materials therein, indicates that you have read and accept without reservation these Terms of Use. Any User that disagrees with all of part of these Terms of Use should not use the Website.

2. Website information

The Website contains materials prepared by Stronghold only for informative purposes. Stronghold reserves the right to change, expand, or reduce the information offered through the Website at any time.

Besides, the User is fully liable for any data or content transferred or communicated to Stronghold. The User shall not provide any information which is or could be false, inaccurate, or misleading.

  • Not to enter, store, or disseminate through the Website or the means of contact provided for at the Website any program, data or virus that could harm the Website, equipment, systems or networks of Stronghold, another User, or a third party.

  • Not to change, disassemble, sell, or imitate the Website or its content, which is owned by Stronghold.

  • The User will be liable for any loss or damage derived from the breach of the above.

4. Claims and liability

Stronghold declares that it has taken or will take, if necessary, the measures required, based on its capability and the state of technology, to guarantee proper operation of the Website and avoid the presence and transfer of viruses and other harmful elements affecting Users. However, Stronghold will not be liable for harm deriving from the access or use of the Website due to causes beyond Stronghold's control.

Stronghold reserves the right to interrupt access to the Website, without giving notice, for technical, security, control or maintenance reasons, due to a failure in power supply, or for any other reason.

Stronghold is not liable for User's use of the content of the Website that might entail a breach of any national or international regulations.
